1. Nothing physical is shipped
DentaSetu is a hosted software service. No goods, discs or devices are sent to the clinic, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved in buying it.
2. How the service is delivered
- The web panel is reached at dentasetu.dscyberspace.in from any current browser, as soon as the clinic's account is approved.
- The desktop apps for Windows and Mac, and the staff app for Android, are downloaded from the links on our site or from the panel.
- The patient portal and booking page are live for the clinic's patients the moment the clinic shares its link.
3. When it is delivered
- A new registration is reviewed and, once approved, the clinic's admin is told and can sign in straight away. The free trial starts that day.
- A subscription payment takes effect as soon as the payment succeeds; the plan and its limits apply immediately.
- A message-wallet top-up is credited to the wallet as soon as the payment succeeds.
If a payment has gone through but the plan or the wallet does not show it within one hour, write to mydstechnology@gmail.com with the payment reference and we will put it right.
4. Setup and training
Where a clinic has asked for data migration or training, it is scheduled with the clinic and carried out online, or at the clinic where that has been agreed in the quotation.
5. Related policies
Cancellations and refunds are covered by the refund & cancellation policy, and the rest of the agreement by the terms & conditions.
